Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

Take a break and unwind at this beautiful, rustic countryside barn. An abundance of walks spreading across the Chiltern Hills are at your doorstep making it the perfect location for a weekend getaway. The Barn also has access to a bbq, firepit and private outdoor seating area. Local village amenities are just a short drive from the property with the nearest train station being only 10 minutes away. A sofa bed can be made up if required.
