Overlook the City's Rooftops at a Bright, Bohemian Haven

In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! During your stay, you can always reach out if you need any assistance or if you have questions. The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. De hoeve staat op het domein van de eigenaars, dus persoonlijke touch. Vraag gerust naar tips voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Op 20km van Brugge, 25km van Gent, 35km van de zee. Treinstation op 1 km. Tal van fiets- en wandelroutes lopen langs het domein. Optie om sauna en volledig ingerichte dansstudio (met zwevende dansvloer, balletbarre) bij te huren.

Classy penthouse with terrace in the heart of Gent

A guesthouse in style for people with style. Our high-end duplexapartment is very accessibly located in between the 'Kouter' (rectangle square where the Flemish Opera is) and the medieval center (St-Bavo-Cathedral, Graslei, Korenmarkt, Gravensteen to name a few highlights). Brand new, comfortable and classy, with a library-staircase which is not only an eyecatcher. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sunny terrace! We called our gem "LaCasitaBelMundo”, just adding the dot Gent, to get the full picture.

Your luxury home away from home! Dit huis uit de jaren ’60 bevindt zich op 5 min wandelafstand van Gent St.Pieters-station. Het is gelegen in een mooie laan waar je de drukte van het stadscentrum achter je laat. Het werd prachtig gerenoveerd met exclusieve materialen en ingericht met oog voor détail. Een gezellige huiskamer met open gashaard, open keuken en 3 slaapkamers met 2 badkamers. We verwelkomen graag 6 personen. De ideale basis voor een bezoekje aan Gent met vrienden of familie.

Ferias cosy house is a charming 3 bedroom house with a beautiful garden. It is located 1 km from the trainstation of Bruges. At walking distance, you have a busstop that takes you directly to the city Center (2,5km). There is a parking garage for one medium car and free parking spaces around the house. Perfect for 4 to 6 persons (7) + baby(+babybed) : families most welcome. We also provided a folder with information in the house (grocery shop, restaurants, activities...).
