Pea Cottage - A beautiful countryside retreat

Pea Cottage is a secretive, luxury cottage full of surprises. Enjoy a relaxed stay at this centrally located gem of a place, with parking. Nestled away on the edge of the Meadows and river, you are only a 2 minute walk to all the fine eateries, quality retail shops, and places of interest, that this vibrant market town has to offer. It's 600 listed buildings and wonderful architecture are a delight to see. Burghley House is a 30 minute stroll away, and Rutland Water is a short car journey, offering water sports, cycling, bird watching and even a beach!

In the churchyard, neighbouring the award winning and brilliant Railway Inn, this 18th century Ketton stone cottage is a very special place to come and stay with friends and family. We have the Rutland Vineyard, a village stores, it is near Rutland Water, there are fab local walks, a great food scene, and there is Burghley House in Stamford, “England’s most attractive town” according to John Betjeman. For me, it is like the Loire and Cotswold towns, but friendlier and with fewer Range Rovers.

Located near the A1 and A47, One Chapel Court offers easy access to Stamford, Peterborough and beyond.

It is a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed and bedding. With a private bathroom, with a shower, sink, toilet and towels. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, portable electric hob, fridge, toaster, saucepans, plates, glasses and cutlery. EETV, Roku smart tv and WiFi. Free on street parking. We have off street parking available on request. Extra amenities include - travel cot, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

Flat3 is part of a recently refurbished old stone building. This is a stylish, ground-floor flat only a few minutes walk from Stamford's historic town centre, with it's many wonderful shops, pubs, restaurants and fabulous Georgian architecture. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge and dining area, double bedroom and separate toilet /shower room.

Private rural accommodation with parking & garden

Barnack is a tranquil village 3 miles from the historic town of Stamford. There is a gastro pub in the village & other pubs / cafes to explore close by. The annex is completely private to the main cottage and is ideally situated for beautiful walks, or as a base if working in the area. I have a separate entrance to the main cottage, on-hand as required.

The Lavender Room is a beautiful, luxury, private ensuite bedroom in the heart of Stamford. There is private access and small courtyard outdoor seating area, in a well kept garden. On-street parking is available. Hosts are available to support, should you have any requests during your stay.
