I have a second bedroom available on request Walk everywhere. 5 minutes to the beach 5 minutes to the harbour 5 minutes to the CBD and Supermarket 5 minutes to the dining precincts 5 minutes to the free bus 10 minutes to Win Stadium, Beaton Park Leave the car at home

2 bedroom unit *1 minute walk to shopping centre*

The unit is on the 2nd floor of an old building in the heart of Wollongong, NO lift. Super short walk to shopping centre, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, clubs, beaches, train station, bus stops etc. !!!! IMPORTANT NOTE !!!! !!!****There is NOOO PARKING spot to this unit***!!! Paid street parking at certain times ( read signs, 6c for 10 minutes, up to 1 hour for $1 or 2 hours for $2 ), other times free. Overnight parking is not a problem. I normally have no problem finding a spot nearby.

The park at the lake which has free electric bbq's and the beach are only a 5 minute walk from your front door. MAX 2 guests. NOT suitable for infants.
