'Red Gum Cottage' - A home among the gum trees Red Gum Cottage is the perfect location for your getaway to the Gold Coast Hinterland. Nestled in bushland on Tamborine Mountain, this property is just a few minutes to all of the wonderful attractions on the mountain including rainforest walks, cafes, restaurants, wineries, Thunderbird Park and all of the unique shops on the Mountain. The property is also close to the popular theme park attractions on the Gold Coast (about a 20 minute drive).

The Rustic Greenhouse: fireplace/wood provided

A rustic studio attached to the family home, with its own entrance. Refresh from your journey with a complimentary cheese board. Enjoy the plant filled space where you can enjoy your complimentary breakfast of fresh bread, eggs, cereal, milk, butter, jam, honey & coffee. At night light the fireplace with the wood provided, order take out, a bottle of wine, & relax. The Rustic Greenhouse is found on the main road leading to town; take the picnic basket and rug provided, & explore the Mt.

It's character both inside and out is French/English Country with the added romantic atmosphere generated by its secluded rainforest setting. An excellent place to unwind and is within walking distance to Gallery Walk, the Botanical Gardens, National Parks and numerous quality eating venues. Separated by Rainforest trees from the main house this cottage provides guests with privacy and tranquility.
