Le Petit Bleu is a warm, color-filled, cozy artisan cottage. The home is pet friendly w bamboo floors and tile. We offer a coffee/espresso machine, fully stocked kitchen, plush comfy bathrobes, aromatherapy vaporizer w essential oils, Sealy Posturepedic pillow-top king sized beds in both bedrooms each w four pillows, a large covered deck w privacy curtains, twinkle lights, a bistro set, and a fenced back yard. We are 5 minutes by car from downtown Asheville and its wonderful art and culture.

Welcome to Woodfin! Our home is conveniently located on the north side of Asheville-- just a hop and a skip to the River Arts district, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Beaver Lake, and downtown Asheville. Avery's park is a short walk, and the Craggy Mountain RR Line is just down the road. Our neighborhood is warm and welcoming, and so is our pet-friendly home, which was built as one of Woodfin's local mill houses in the 1920's. You'll find a clean, restful vibe with a lot of love in the walls.

Have fun with the whole family at this recently updated home! Minutes to downtown Asheville, UNCA campus, or the River Arts District. A short stroll across the street to the French Broad River, and a coffee shop next door! Location, location! Home is perfect for families or friends and is a great home base for exploring everything in Asheville and WNC. This convenient, eclectic, industrial neighborhood is located about 8 minutes from the heart of downtown Asheville! Across from the house is The Mill at Riverside, complete with local artists' studios and High Five Coffee Shop. Just up the way is Woodfin Riverside Park, located directly on the French Broad River with waterside benches and a pedestrian path. You'll be so close to water activities such as floating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing during the warmer months.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The space is a one bedroom apartment. There is a blow up mattress and a large sofa if you need. The space has a full kitchen with new appliances. The front porch is perfect to let your pet wonder. It is able to be fenced in. Perfect also if you have a little one. The space comes with apple tv, which will allow you to stream any service you may have. We have included netflix and prime video, so you have something to watch. :)

Located just one mile north of downtown Asheville. Very safe and walkable neighborhood. Steps away from an urban Greenway for dog walking and bike riding. The cottage is a separate unit with a private entrance. 400 square feet with a bathroom, kitchenette, heart of pine antique floors. We are two miles from the Grove Park Inn and four miles from the Biltmore house. The space is appropriate for two adults or one adult and one child.
