Elms House Cottage

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

A beautiful barn conversion situated in the centre of the quaint village of Potterhanworth, just a short distance from the historic city of Lincoln. Relax in the open plan shabby chic living area, that opens through double arched doors onto the veranda and outdoor eating space. Lit by fairy lights you can enjoy views of the beautiful, established garden. Finish the evening in a super king size bed, or double brass bed looking up at vaulted ceilings with huge chandeliers and exposed beams.

It’s lovely luxurious terraced house with everything you could need . A two minute walk is the west common (where my horse Rico lives) lovely for a walk! Take a few minutes drive, or twenty min walk, where you will find yourself in the Bailgate area full of boutique shops and restaurants, and of course the cathedral and castle!

Another beautiful self-contained apartment, totally refurbished. With high speed fibre internet and wide screen 4k TV, boasting full Netflix. Please note as of January 2022, our long term guest has now left us, he stayed Monday to Friday for over 6 months, as he preferred us to a hotel. We are contractor friendly, and can provide business receipts. 2 very good pubs within stone throw, which both do very reasonably home cooked food. We also take direct bookings.
