Woolgoolga is a short 20 minutes drive north of Coffs Harbour and is a beautiful seaside village with Restaurants, Cafes, Banks, Bakeries, Clothes Shops, Clubs, Council swimming pool and more all within a 5 minute walk from the unit. The Seaview tavern is a 2min drive & Woolworths is a 3 min drive away.

There is a large comfortable living area. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.
