Αυτός ο ξεχωριστός χώρος είναι κοντά σε όλα, ακριβώς στο κέντρο της Χαλκίδας , έχει θέα τη παραλία της Χαλκίδας και τη παλαιά γέφυρα. Fantastic and cosy 1 bedroom flat/studio in the heart of Chalkida in Evia Island. The apartment (2nd floor Lift Access), it's in a great location on the main yacht harbour of Evripos. The flat is ideally located seconds away from the nicest restaurants, bars, coffee places, banks, stores and supermarkets. It is also a maximum 10 minutes walk from the main train station that links Athens and the Airport with Chalkida (just 94km/1hr drive). The flat is very secure while building contains lift.

30m², on the 4th floor, entirely renovated, at the edge of the Karababa grove, with a magnificent view from the balcony over the Gulf of Euboea, the city of Chalkis and the mount Dirfis in the background. It is just 300 meters from the train station, a 5-minute walk from the beach Asteria and the old bridge. The historic fortress of Karababa, the pedestrian seafront with the restaurants and the cafeterias as well as the central pedestrian zone with the shops are also within walking distance.

Όλες οι παραλίες της Χαλκίδας είναι άμεσα προσβάσιμες και μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια μπορείτε να βρεθείτε στην κοντινότερη. Η γειτονία χαρακτηρίζεται εξαιρετικά ήσυχη χωρίς ζητήματα φασαρίας. Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary.
