Inside is newly remodeled, spacious yet cozy, and boasts panoramic ocean views from the kitchen and living rooms. Backyard is expansive, surrounded by trees, and has dual paths (one wheelchair accessible) to the beach. It even includes outdoor seating, a portable fire pit and hammock! Bob Creek Studio is located 5 miles south of Yachats, on the Siuslaw National Forest. Explore Bob Creek and possibly spot its elusive river otter family, or stroll across the street to the beach to explore tide pools and catch the sunset. The area is abundant in scenic hiking trails and must-see spots such as Thor’s Well (2.6 mi), Cape Perpetua (2.9 mi), and the iconic Heceta Head Lighthouse (8.5 mi). If are looking for comfy home with a stunning ocean view within walking distance of Yachats restaurants and shops, our house is for you! Watch the waves roll in, the sun set, the birds fly by, and occasionally whales and sea lions from our comfy home. Hunt for agates on the smelt sand beach and explore the tide pools just in front of the house, walk down the nearby 804 trail to an 8-mile sandy beach, or head to nearby Cape Perpetual for a hike.

A River Cottage for Every Season

The Riverview Cottage is a little slice of heaven. Unbelievable views from every window; even on a rainy day, you'll catch yourself frittering away the time staring up river, or at the surrounding coast range mountains. Truly heaven on earth. This is the place to get away from technology and reconnect with nature. The Cottage is one of three houses on the property, and can sleep up to four people.

Under a spell of centuries of wind and waves, Cape Perpetua awaits. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.
