Two living rooms, fully furnished home: washer dryer, wifi, all kitchen appliance ect, seating for 10+.Great place to get away and enjoy the country life, Devils Nest, and Lewis and Clark Lake! The cabin is a tri-level with a bedroom and bathroom on the two lower levels, and a loft for extra sleeping space. There are two living spaces, upper level deck covers the walkout lower level. Beautiful lake views! Outside stairway from the lower level to the main living space. This perfect little slice of heaven is just a short distance away from a private beach and Weigand beach is about 2 miles west.

The Riverboat Lodge sits on a wooded acreage above the now defunct Riverboat Landing and down the road from a Game and Parks boat launch. The "Hall" has real hickory floors, a bar, fireplace, giant sectional w/ 65" TV, game table and jukebox. Professional kitchen w/ 36" dual fuel range, second oven and seating for 10. Wrap around deck. There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 6 queen and 3 twin beds and three bathrooms. There is an attached garage perfect for staging hunting and fishing trips.

This rental is on my residence property on lower level. Private entrance and adequate parking for boat. Quiet and secluded neighborhood. Walking distance to lake with beach access for swimming and fishing. Boat Marina is a mile away in state park. Public golf course 6 miles. Short 20 minute scenic drive to Yankton with shopping, movie theatre, fish hatchery, parks and water park opening 2021. Boat/Jet Ski rental information available. Beautiful sunsets. WIFI and Satellite TV available.

Enjoy your stay with family or friends in this river view, peaceful cottage. If you’re lucky, you may catch a view of a Bald Eagle soaring down the river. Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!
