The sunrise over Seneca Lake from this large A frame home are breathtaking. This newly remodeled, immaculate property features not only amazing views of Seneca Lake but two huge blue stone fire places, accommodations for up to 8 folks and all the comforts of a modern wine country vacation property. Crows Nest is located on the Keuka Lake wine trail. It is next to Red Jacket Park and Morgan Marine on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

No Weddings or large parties. No bachelor or bachelorette parties. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. 20 Minutes to Keuka or Canandaigua Lakes. 54 Acres of trails and large pond. Many wineries and microbreweries within 20 minutes. Just get away and enjoy the peace and quiet or the many outside activities including boating, fishing, hiking, golf. Absolutely no hunting or firearms allowed due to liability concerns. Due to insurance liability, no ATVs, UTVs, Motorcycles allowed on the property.

This property sleeps up to 6 guest, has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a large day room that can act as a 3rd.
