Tropicoco Vega Baja pool steps from the beach

The house has two bedrooms. The first with a queen bed and twin bed. The other room has a queen/queen bunk beds and another queen bed. Two complete and modern bathrooms, one inside with jets and the other in the pool area plus additional shower. Living room you will find Roku TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. We have board games and pellet barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove and all utensils. It has a cistern, power plant and water filter.

The Sands suite is located on our first floor, short walk to the Caribbean Ocean. The property have a rooftop which is a unique place to fraternize enjoy coffee, spirits, or the sunsets with a warm Caribbean breeze. We will provide a curated list of our favorite local restaurants and places to visit. Kick back and relax, it is calm, stylish and fun! We are 5 mints away from the Puerto Nuevo Beach, a blue flag beach, while the ocean is just at a few steps from our home apartment, enjoy!

The condo offers a large communal pool, children's playground, security and a half basketball court. Perfectly isolated from the city noice but close to everything imaginable.

The Enchanted Reef

Hola y bienvenidos to our newly renovated home just 5 mins from Puerto Nuevo & Los Tubos beaches. This beautiful spacious 5 bedroom home is comfortable, clean & bright. House is stocked with card/board games & beach amenities. Starlink internet for those that must still do some work while they play. A/C units in each room. Generator & cistern so if the power is interrupted your work & paradise experience won't be. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Solar Beachfront House for 10 guests!

We run on solar power & have water cistern, 2 floors, 10 guests. Unique experience, amazing sunsets,and breeze. Open the door and just walk to the beautiful beach. Bring your goggles and enjoy a variety of fish & more. Great place for build memories for the Family-Friends gateway or romantic memories. Cleaning fee: $175. Pet fee $100 per pet, only max of 2 pets Pet info must be sent to completely approved pet stay. Pet can be left alone inside the property unless keep in kennel.

I t is a second floor. 45 min away from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport. 5 min away driving to Puerto Nuevo Beach Vega Baja, one of the best beach of the Island. 10 min to Ojo de Agua, Charco Azul and Laguna Tortuguero. Has many restaurants around. Vega Baja has Uber and Uber eat services, however my recommendation is to rent a car. The property has solar system. Important note: No central AC, just AC in the bedrooms, Fan in the livingroom. House isn't in front of the sea.
