Located in the majestic forest of mount agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Don’t forget your dogs! Enjoy the peacefulness of this cozy tranquil cabin tucked away in the woods. The cabin has the best of both worlds; private & secluded, while being close to town. Kick your feet up on the deck. Breathe in the pine, listen to the birds & frogs. Or take a lovely stroll down Bufflehead Cove Lane, walk quietly you may see a heron or egret on the pond. Left at Port Rd. & continue down to Western Ave. Lots of stairs. Driveway very steep, requires 4-wheel drive in winter.

Mid Apr-Oct we also provide kayaks and paddle board. Enjoy the beach, swim, kayak, bike, fish, hike, or explore quintessential New England towns and food scene. Or simply dine with a view and play board games. We have poured our hearts into making this place romantic yet practical for families. Enjoy!

Take it easy in the woods at this cozy, off-grid A frame located in the Sebago Lakes Region. Kick back and relax around the fire while being "away from it all" yet still close by to great restaurants, beaches and more! This cabin is "off grid" and does not have running water or electricity. The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

Bailiwick Cottage is a cozy, private cottage that looks south down Freeport (Harraseeket) Harbor in Freeport, ME. It is a 4 season accommodation that is close to Freeport shopping, Portland eating, and the Adventure Schools of LL Bean. The cottage sits approximately 50 yards from our main house, has its own parking space and patio, and offers the ability to come and go as you wish. We have had 12 honeymoons in the cottage. Friendly miniature horses just 200 feet away that children love to visit. Applecart Farm is happy to have guests of diverse backgrounds and interests.
