This charming, recently refurbished 2 bedroom cottage sits in an exclusive cul-de-sac in the heart of the scenic, award winning Yorkshire village of Boston Spa. There are gorgeous countryside and riverside walks on your doorstep and red kites soaring overhead. Boston Spa is diverse and bustling with new and established cafes, restaurants and bars only a minutes walk away. St Mary's Cottage has a beautiful private rear garden for family play and outdoor dining and a separate private parking area.

The property has a spa room with hot tub & pool table and a private cinema room! We are pet friendly and provide free access to a local gym/sauna and swimming pool (4 passes).

A modern and luxuriously furnished self contained lower ground floor flat in the leafy Leeds suburb of Roundhay - sleeps up to 4 Includes a large open plan living area/kitchen (inc. a home cinema) entering into a separate guest suite comprising a sizable bedroom and bathroom area. 10 mins walk to Roundhay Park, 5 mins to Street Lane amenities and regular bus routes into Leeds city centre. Dedicated access is via a bi-fold door onto a large patio/garden beyond that guests are welcome to use.

107 Nunnery Lane is a stylish, pet friendly townhouse with a courtyard & basement cinema. It sleeps 5 but an additional z-bed can be requested for a 6th person (£30 fee per stay). Parking is available and we're very close to the station. 107 is located off ‘Bishy Road’ (voted Britain’s best high street) with independent shops, pubs, cafes & delis. You can also rent 109 Nunnery Lane allowing bookings of up to 12. Additional £30 charge for dogs.

Luxury studio apartment in a peaceful setting in Whitbarrow Village with hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Balcony with views.
