RELAXING BEACH APARTMENT- ready to enjoy!

This beach apartment is close to El Yunque Rain Forest and the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Hotel. It has walking access to a beautiful beach; pool and playing area. Good for couples and families (with kids). It's on a first floor, has two parking spaces available, internet, TV, equipped kitchen and everything needed to relax. It's a one bedroom apartment with a queen size bed on main bedroom and a sofa bed (queen size) on family room. Both areas (main bedroom and family room) have air conditioner.

Charming Place

Charming and relaxing apartment, close to El Yunque Forest, Beautiful beaches and Golf Course. You can find horse back riding and go carts only at 10 minutes and enjoy fun time at Sector Sixty6 in the Outlet Mall at only 15 minutes and excellent restaurants. The apartment have Ideal garden / patio to read a book or have a glass of wine while kids outdoor play. We are happy to host family, groups and business visitors . Its time to begin the vacation and fun.

Remodeled and Re-listed! Enjoy year round calm beach in this 1 bedroom apartment in the newest complex in Rio Grande. The awesome pool sits in the center of the complex and is steps to the apartment. Master Queen bed, full bath. The family has a sofa bed that fits 2 more guest. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining for 6 plus 3 stools at the kitchen counter. It has a washer/dryer. Also beach chairs, towels, cooler and a cart to take everything to the beach.
