Motovun Bellevue - amazing view, comfortable

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Apartman Stone house nalazi se samo 5 km od centra Poreča i od najbliže plaže. Može ugostiti tri osobe i nalazi se na prvom katu stambene zgrade. Ovaj studio apartman sastoji se od lijepog glavnog dnevnog dijela sa bračnim krevetom i dvosjedom,jedne spavaće sobe, kupaonice s tušem i terasom. The enormous windows allow incredible views down the Mirna valley whose steep hills opposite hold the village of Kaldir to the S.W. and perched on its' fairytale location to the South, the small fortified town of Motovun. One of the ancient jewels of Istria . Two bedroom Villa with two bathrooms .
