Die Berghütte lädt mit ihrem Flair, den zahlreichen Sitzplätzen an der frischen Luft und einem gemütlichen Holzofen zum Entspannen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es unmittelbar im Ort und können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Im Sommer kann die Hütte mit dem Auto angefahren werden, im Winter ist es ein kurzer Fußweg.

Der kleine Ort liegt in einem idyllischen Seitental, wo Sie unberührte Natur, urige Bauernhöfe und einsame Berggipfel erwarten. Die Wohnung liegt im UG (Souterrain) des Hauses und hat einen eigenen Eingang inkl. Parkplatz. "Lilly Fein" ist liebevoll eingerichtet, verfügt über eine neuwertige und voll ausgestattete Küche und hat einen Speicherofen mit Sichtfenster für romantische Stunden.

The cozy apartment Edelweiß with lake and mountain view, offers on 68 m² a living room with integrated dining area including fully equipped kitchenette, 2 separate bedrooms each with a large double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet & hairdryer. The sunny, very bright and spacious vacation apartment is located on the garden floor of the Rosenhof and has a spacious terrace with direct access to the garden with a fantastic view of Lake Thiersee and the surrounding mountains.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.
