Rust, groen en toch dichtbij de stad

Voel je thuis in deze hele leuke hoekwoning met tuin, gelegen aan het groene natuurgebied van de Zevenhuizerplas. Je kunt hier wandelen, zwemmen, surfen, zeilen en waterskiën, tennissen of lekker op het strand liggen. Met de metro om de hoek is Rotterdam centrum goed te bereiken. Om je extra thuis te laten voelen zal Femmetje onze kat jullie gezelschap houden. Ze is heel lief en gewend aan gasten. Het enige wat ze nodig heeft is TLC (tender love and care) en wat eten en drinken.

The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

Located at the waters edge lies Dijkcottage. This 6-person thatched cottage offers plenty peace and quiet. The cottage includes a fenced garden, right on the water where you can catch fish. Dijkcottage is located on a park called 'De Poldertuin' and because of its location it provides complete privacy.
