It's entirely possible you won't need taxi or public transportation. Our spacious apartment has a living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor. The two bedrooms are on the second floor. It is situated on the 5th floor of the building, there is no elevator, but the stairs are nice and clean (new windows, plants, painted, well maintained)
