古朴明亮的翻修房源，步行可至海滩

Design Sea House 2 with unique decoration by Coração Alecrim store. The house has two floors, on the first floor there is a mezzanine. In the Ground floor there is a one toilet and a living room with kitchene. The bedroom have direct sunlight. Outdoor terrace with great sun exposure. The house is in a prime area of the city, near the beach and the mouth of the Douro River. It's a quiet area with many restaurants and bars, a traditional market, and an organic food store. A municipal garden and a bicycle rental shop are close by. Transports: bus, tram, tourist bus and cab. Free parking in the area. We recommend a trip to the city park and if you like to eat good fish or seafood go to Matosinhos city where you find many restaurants. Matosinhos is a land of fishermen.

Bem-vindos á minha casa! A Fisherman’s Blues House está situada numa área de Património Arquitectónico classificada pelo seu conjunto e história como Núcleo antigo da Aguda. Recentemente restaurada, diferencia-se 2 zonas principais no interior do edificio, uma área social, e uma área reservada, de 5 suites.A escassos metros da praia, restaurantes, bares e para apreciadores de peixe, da Lota da Aguda pode fazer caminhadas pelos passadiços ou deslocar-se de comboio. Boa estadia!

Hello to everyone :) we are a Small Villlage, 400 meters far from the beach, and 7km far from Porto, for everyone who wants to enjoy the northern part of portugal and the great waves of our coast ! :D We have surf lessons everyday and its also possible to do tour in the northern part of portugal We are Porto locals and we love to meet new people from all around the planet, big fans of natural things, good food and wine :) Everyone is welcome to fell the vibe :D. Sitting literally on the dunes, enjoy the relaxing sound of the ocean while still having all the accessibility for getting to know the invicta city. Historic center is 10km away. Bus stop literally at door step and a train station 10 min away by foot. There are also electric scooters in the vicinities. Enjoy the big patio with barbecue, the great surf spots, the fantastic beaches, the landmarks and an amazing variety of restaurants and bars all in walking distance.
