The studio is spacious, clean, cozy and easily to sleep 1-3 people. It has TV, cooktop, dining countertop, fridge, microwave, coffee maker The neighborhood: The property is located in the Rudgear Park neighborhood. There are trails, public basketball courts, tennis courts and baseball field. Getting around: Easy access to Highway 680 and 24. Walking distance to downtown walnut creek to many shops and restaurants. Guest Access: Guest enter their studio from side fence gate so they come and go as they please. Interaction with Guest: We can be reached by texts and available to our guests if there is any problem. Other things to Note: the studio is on the back of the property behind the main house. You will need to climb a few stairs which are well lit. Small friendly pets live on this property. 1 night minimum.
