Lido Marina Village, a beautiful waterfront shopping/dining area called is a 5 minute walk away. Newport Pier, where you’ll find great surfing, beaches, shops & restaurants is a 15 minute walk away. It is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so party people should look elsewhere.
