Sit on the swing chair suspended from the wooden beams of this loft space. The spacious home features exposed brickwork with high ceilings. An industrial staircase leads to the bedrooms on the mezzanine level with skylights in the sloped roof. The apartment located near charming, unique, famous restaurants, like Márványmenyasszony, Déryné and various possibilities in the Castle area. Perfect place to stay, relax and simply to be! Accessible areas for guests: Our guest has private access to all of the apartment, that means no sharing with other guest. Furthermore the flat is located on the top floor of the building, so your time to relax and privacy is uncompromised for the duration of your stay. The loft is in the heart of Budapest within walking distance of many places including the Castle, Fisherman's Bastion, Danube, Varkert Bazaar, and the Chain Bridge. Charming and unique restaurants like Márványmenyasszony and Déryné are close by. The whole apartment is exlusivle available for our guest, furthermore the complex is located near all shared means of transportation. Lime, Blinkee, Dunkey Republc Bike rental and Mol Bikes are all readily available near the flat. So easy you might as well plan a whole round trip using any of these providers. If you want to hit town. bus 105 will drop you at the centre of Budapest within a couple of minutes. Taxis and Bolt cars are often frequenting this area of the city as well. Last, a bit more about the neighborhood. This part of Buda is perfect is you want to relax, live like a local and spend some quality time with your loved ones. Pest is more famous for its vivid life stlye, but if you seeking for something more, you would rather choose a good night sleep over dance clubs at your door step. If you would be closer to historical sites like the Castle of Buda, good restaurants and great shopping then look no further! The apartment is situated on the 4th floor, as the only one on the top floor, therefore private and relaxing. No elevator in the building. Parking is possible on the street and free from 6 pm to 8 am, besides discounted parking lot can be found next to the entrance.

This district of Budapest is a unique neighborhood, and the property is located close to iconic places like Andrássy Avenue, the Opera, and the Institute of Balett. The city's famous ruin bars are also right on the next street. Day parking garage is available in the next building for daily fee. There is a gym very close to our house just one streets away (within 100meter). It is called Tempelfit and they offer good daily rates (HUF 2000) and very favourable 8 occasion rate (HUF 9000). They offer large Finnish and infra sauna, free Wifi, unlimited sugar-free soft drinks as well. If you are living an active life, you definitely have to check out this place.

Newly renovated urban style apartment on the top floor in the highest building so with a panoramic view. Big masted 160x200. The guest bedroom is a small but with big comfortable 180x200 mattress. In the case of 5th and 6th guests we have a sofa bed 140x200. Downstairs terrace is possibly open with a kitchen during the nice weather or during cold weather is usable as well because there is a big heater. The loft is full of stylish books, apple TV, sound system and smart home app. Enjoy your stay!

A small but fully equipped studio with a loft. Newly renovated, it has a minimalistic but yet a stylish manner. Perfect for a lone traveller or a couple, whom in addition to a hotel room, also would want some extra such as a kitchen and a sofa to relax on. Great base for exploration. Also, in case you need a little office area for working, you will find it on the gallery. Perfect for an IT nomad who's travelling around the world. Please keep in mind that the stairs to the loft are steep!
