Join an expert fly-casting instructor for a 90-minute workshop on Austin’s Onion Creek. I can provide all necessary gear upon request, or you’re welcome to bring your own to practice with. • After we make introductions and go over safety guidelines, I’ll help you set up your gear and demonstrate proper stance and grip. • First, we’ll practice basic casting techniques on grass. I’ll offer personalized guidance and corrections to help you address common issues and refine your form. • Then we’ll move to the creek to practice on the water, and I’ll demonstrate how to adapt the same techniques we’ve just learned to real fishing scenarios. You’ll take away new skills—plus expert tips to improve existing ones—as well as resources to help you build on this practice session. Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather, and bring a drink if you’d like to stay refreshed during the session.

Hit the trails around Lady Bird Lake with a running coach

Join a Runner’s World Plus coach for a 90-minute run around Lady Bird Lake. This loop offers a great training ground for runners of all levels, with its mix of surfaces and scenic views. • We’ll meet at a local cafe and start with a dynamic warmup routine while I introduce you to our route. • Our run takes us around the northwest section of the lake in a four-mile loop with plenty of landmarks to see along the way. • We’ll finish with a guided cool-down and some personalized tips to leave you feeling strong, accomplished, and excited for your day. Austin is a runner’s paradise, and this is a great way to see the sights while getting some expert guidance from an experienced coach.

Welcome to Austin's #1 booked tour! I can say with confidence this is the best group on the water. April 9th Update: The bats have been amazing and we have brand new kayaks! Come join us. Let's meet up for an epic night of kayaking. It's 4 incredible trips in one. 1st you paddle the length of downtown during the day and then we catch the sunset over the water. The bats are the main event and we end with downtown paddle at night! Add in a full moon or bright stars occasionally and this trip is one not to miss! If trip is sold out, ask if I can fit you in. The journey on the 5-6 person giant paddle board starts with epic downtown views during the day, continues with the sunset, then observing the 1.5 million bats fly out and ends the night paddling back after dark in the city glow. April 2025 - The bats have been epic lately! Booking this tour for the sunset and bats puts you along side Austin's #1 experience "kayaking w/ the bats" only you're on a board! Its the same trip just a different vessel. Don't let the word "Paddleboard" fool you. This is 15 feet long and 4.5 feet wide. It is ultra stable. You will not get wet unless you choose to go for a swim. You can sit down, stand up, or even lay down. It's impossible to fall into the water on accident. The mega paddle boards make for an excellent family or group option cause you get to stay together and share the experience. We are here to make your day an epic day on the water! Lake Travis is one of the cleanest and largest lakes in the state of Texas. Swimming, beautiful scenery, and cruising around will be on the itinerary! Route 1: -We will start from our private Marina (about 28 minutes from downtown) to Devil's Cove. -Along the way we will we will cruise by big cliffs, landmarks, and beautiful homes (20-30 minutes) -Cruising for about 20 minutes until we reach Devil's Cove -We will set anchor, toss in the floats, and go for a dip! (1hr-1.5hrs) Route 2: -Starting from our private marina, we will cruise north on the lake to a private access beach. The only sandy beach on the lake! This area is closed off to vehicle traffic and is a little know secret! *only available with larger groups and durning low water levels. After a short briefing of safety rules and procedures, we will leave the dock for a relaxing and/or exciting day of sailing and fun on Lake Travis. You are welcome to actively participate in the sailing experience, or you may simply relax and enjoy the beauty that is sailing on Lake Travis. At your direction, we can set the sails and head to the hot spots for a swim, visit a local restaurant on the water, dine/snack on board while out on the water, or take some photos of the beautiful Lake Travis scenery and sunsets. In warmer weather, night sailing provides a memorable view of stars, meteor showers, and sometimes the milky way. When you have heard enough of my stories, I'll safely return you to the dock for your reentry to civilization. Other things to note: Sailboats are designed to lean over in wind, this is to be expected. Please contact me if you will have children with you, we need to confirm the sizes and numbers of childrens/youth life preservers. I'm flexible on the departure and return times, if you prefer something earlier, later, shorter, or longer please let me know and we can make it happen. Nighttime stargazing sails are wonderful in the warm Texas evenings! Barefoot is best, or LIGHT COLORED SOFT SOLED shoes if you must.

The best way to experience Austin is to jump on a Giant Paddleboard with us and explore the natural spring fed river downtown. * Please only book this tour if you are a group of 4+. If you are a group of 3 or less, message me first. We start on Lady Bird Lake and quickly transition to the crystal clear waters of the famous Barton Springs Pool. Wear your swimsuit so you can jump in and swim around! It's so refreshing on a hot summer day. Expect to see 1,000 turtles and a lot of fish below! This trip is great for groups and families. I call this section of the river "the real heart and soul of Austin." You will be surrounded by people living their best life. There will be people jumping off bridges and going off the rope swings. Occasionally there are slack lines setup across the river and other impromptu shows and acrobats hanging below the bridge. On the weekends, there is a massive party island you can join if you'd like. Its easy to avoid the area if you're looking for a family friendly event and easy to join if you like the water party atmosphere with a sand bar feel. If you like paddle boarding, sun, spring water, swimming, bridge jumps, rope swings, hotties, fish and turtles this trip is for you and your group. On the fence? Ask to see the video! Join us at Cosmic Coffee and Biergarten (121 Pickle Road) where we will kick off the festivities and then take a short 25-minute drive to San Marcos, home of the crystal clear, spring-fed waters of the San Marcos River. Unlike the murky waters of the Colorado River in Austin, the San Marcos River is a refreshing oasis where you can enjoy a lazy tube ride down the river for 2.5-3.5 hours (depending on your preferred timeline). There will be plenty of time to soak up the sun, enjoy local wildlife, and, of course, have a little party on the water. BYOB, so bring along your favorite beers and seltzers (NO GLASS CONTAINERS, please!), and leave the rest up to us. We'll have a small cooler for everyone to share. Whether you're planning a bachelor/bachelorette party or team-building event, this is a great activity for all. Private bookings are available, just ask us for details! Don't miss out on the fun! You're in town for 2 days. Why waste 4 hours on a hot bus when you can tube the spring river near downtown Austin and make the most out of the rest of your day? Book this tube float trip and maximize your stay. Here are the main benefits of booking this trip. We are floating near downtown Austin so less time on the road and you're definitely not sharing a bus with 50 other people. The river is slow and relaxing. No rapids. For the adventure seekers there is a bridge jump and plenty of rope swings. The springs make an excellent swimming hole. When the trip is over there is still plenty of fun to have without a tube and no bus to catch so you can hangout longer at Zilker Park or Barton Springs or in the river you just tubed! There is what I can only describe as "Party Island" at the end of the float which is a sand bar where hundreds of people hangout in the middle of the river on the weekends. This trip is nice because you can make it what you want from family friendly to Bachelor's in Paradise. For me this is the best tubing experience in the area because the section we float is "The Real heart and soul of Austin" I am the #1 experience host in Austin with several other tours including the "Kayaking with the Bats" trip which has over a thousand reviews. There is a cool secret island in downtown Austin and to find it you'll need me and a boat! This trip is for private groups only meaning you'll need to book for 10+ people. This trip is perfect for people looking to explore and spend quality time together. You'll get to see some off the beaten path parts of the lake that even most locals don't know about. This trip starts near Rainey street. We'll kayak about a mile and take a break on an island where we can hammock, play games, have a picnic, swing, etc before continuing our kayak. There is even a good bridge jump nearby! Out of all of my tours, this one is the most chill. We can also host this trip on Giant Paddleboards if your group prefers those. Additionally, we also host a nighttime tour with the bats and a daytime Paddleboarding trip in the spring water. If you're having trouble deciding which trip is best for you group, just message me!
