The house is a confortable, tranquil, luxury apt located in the heart of the Dolomites, the Val di Fassa, between Catinaccio and Sella. The small village, Moncion, lies half way up the side of the valley, overlooking the river and villages below. The three storey apt is made of a spatious living room and veranda overlooking the mountains and the valley (the sight of the peaks and of the night ski run is truly breathtaking), three confortable double bedrooms, one with a terrace, two bathrooms, one of which supplied with sauna and Jacuzzi, a balcony where to drink a cup and have lunch en plein air. Without having to get on a car, you can go for one of the most beautiful walks in the surroundings, to the Gardeccia; whereas with 10 minutes worth journeys by car you can reach plenty of starting points for walks, skiing, horse riding, skating, swimming, and a lot more to discover. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer machine, induction, robots; tv set and washing machine are also part of the equipment. An extra bed for a small child is also available, as well as a high chair. Guests are welcome to use the supplies they find detergents, toilet paper, kitchen essestials etc), and they are invited to replace what is finished, so as to help future visitors.

Esclusivo Chalet con vista panoramica sul gruppo dell'Adamello. Ubicata in posizione dominante e a pochi minuti dal paese di Villa dalegno dove gestiamo il nostro agriturismo Belotti . RAGGIUNGIBILE UNICAMENTE con mezzi 4x4, percorrendo una strada impervia della durata di circa 5 minuti. E' compreso nel prezzo il servizio di trasporto bagagli con la jeep o il quad . In inverno la strada è impraticabile causa neve, per cui è necessario salire a piedi, con una camminata di circa 20 minuti.

Perfect hut for family holidays in any season, surrounded by nature with ample space for play, relaxation, mountain biking, outdoor life. It has exclusive access to a large lawn and access to a larger open space in common with two other huts. There are games for children, including a spacious tree house. The hut, completely renovated in 2022, is located at 1430 meters. It is placed along the European trail E5 and it is close to a rich network of trails perfect for trekking and e-mountain bike.
