Avila Beach is an extremely rare find. All year round weather is close to perfect in a special microclimate. Small quaint village that always has something going on. This is a perfect spot for a couple. My condo is open, efficient and clean. I am a super host for 13 years with Airbnb. It is a quiet serene spot. There is a couch and a blow up bed if needed but would be very tight. Music, events, restaurants, coffee, Farmers market, shops and libations.
