Extraordinarily clean! No detail spared...Compete w/foosball, ping pong, and 60 arcade classics in this family-friendly home. Numerous hi-tech features include 4K Smart TVs, Alexa Dot, and Apple Watch charging docks, with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace adding a traditional welcome.
Curl up on the comfy couch with heavy faux fur throws and a glass of wine. Turn on the fire place and catch up on some Netflix. No matter how long you visit Eagle Point Landing it’s never long enough.
Entire house with the exception of pantry/utility closet(locked) and a couple drawers/cabinets.
We're accessible via text, email & Airbnb messaging. We like to check in on our guest and ask that you have the Airbnb app installed on your smartphone for ease of communication.
From this location in the coveted Eagle Point neighborhood, stroll only a block to reach the lake and park, with the slopes and the village also within walking distance. Visit the Big 5 Sporting Goods store on Big Bear Boulevard just across the way.
Across the way from the Big5 sporting goods store on Big Bear Blvd. 5 min walk to lake. 15 min walk to village and slopes.
Standard check-in is 2pm. On occasion check-in will be 3pm if there is a guest departure the same day.

Eagle Point Landing is a registered private home rental, inspected annually, and operated under a business license issued by the City of Big Bear Lake.
Street parking: NOT permitted in Big Bear. City will impose a fine.
Parking only allowed in driveway and a single car permitted in garage.
Maximum cars: 3
*BBQ: After use, please clean grill, turn off propane and apply cover.
*Pet cleaning fees dependant on size/breed of dog, message host for more info.
Upon Departure:
*Turn off all lights interior/exterior
*Close all windows and exterior doors
*Wash dishes, the dishwasher is available for your use and does not have to be emptied.
*Strip the sheets, pillow cases and place any used towels in the laundry room.
*Trash must be removed and taken to Big Bear Trash. ($25 per bag left behind)
*Please note, house is equipped with external security cameras & “Ring” camera doorbell. External cameras & “Ring” camera doorbell are used for security purposes and are constantly recording all exterior movement. By accepting house rules you are consenting to being recorded.
