Welcome to the hottest coolest place in Texas! My second floor condo that's overlooking the sparkling waters of the comal river. This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located at the beginning of the comal river. (Before the city tube shoot) There are plenty of tube rentals nearby within walking distance.
The Space- Queen size bed in the master suit with a microfiber futon couch. 2nd bedroom has a twin with trundle. The living area has a microfiber couch with a pull out Serra sofa bed. Sleeps 8. Smart flat screen tv in the living area, and flat screen and DVD player in the master bedroom.
All bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towel for pool and river use.
Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, serving, and cookware, coffee keurig, with basic coffee, creamer, sugar. Trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and plenty of more!
Guest access- Guest will have access to the entire condo of 217C. There is covered parking, and open parking on site. When you arrive to my place you will have to hang a yellow guest access parking pass on your rear view mirror in your car. Remember this is private property, no car can be entered on site with out a parking pass. You will be allowed 2 vehicles. There is also an elevator access to our condo.
A pool with hot tub is on the property for your enjoyment. River access is also on the property by the stairs. Jump right into the comal river and enjoy one of the longest floats: about a 2 hour float. Tube rentals across the street and right next door along with shuttle rides. Always look on Groupon for tube rental deals.
Interaction with guest - We are available by phone if there are any issues at all! Please let us know if you need anything or if you find anything wrong with the property.
The neighborhood- location, location, location! You can walk to any of the down town restaurants or bars, or shopping. $5 Uber ride to Gruene. Tube rental outfitters all around. (We do have a couple of tubes in a storage chest we can provide for our guest if you want to float on your own. There is an air pump on site next to the pool.
Other things to note- one of the benefits of staying with us is that you can swim right in front of the complex with out all the river traffic. There's plenty of shade, picnic areas, and benches along the river just to sit and enjoy the beauty of it all. We offer, nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals! Winter Texans welcome!
Please note, that all prices include applicable state and local taxes.
Please also note we request that all renters be 25 and up.
Please be honest and tell us how many guest are going to be on the reservation, including children. River Run condos is a private non trespassing condominium. We will have to provide each guest with an arm band. We will leave guest armbands with 2 parking passes on the table in the condo, along with a key.
