Apartamentul va ofera nu doar o priveliște spectaculoasă a dealurilor ce înconjoară Iașul, ci și intimitate, siguranță și confort în spațiul larg și bine luminat. Apartamentul dispune de un dormitor bine dotat, un living spațios cu canapea extensibila și loc de luat masa, bucatarie bine dotata (cuptor, plita, frigider, masina de spălat vase, tacâmuri, vesela) și baie cu cada.
