Der Abendsonne kann man am besten vom Balkon aus folgen und die letzten Sonnenstunden genießen. Nur 50 m trennen das Haus mit dem schönen Freudensee und dem angeschlossenen Naherholungsgebiet. Die Wohnung ist passend zur wunderschönen Natur, rustikal eingerichtet im bayerischen Landhausstil. Kein Schnörkel, kein Chi Chi. Ehrlich bayrisch.
