A private double room , located on first floor with access to shared bathroom.
No access to kitchen or lounge. Shared microwave and fridge in hallway.
Small pets live on premises in one of the flats downstairs. It's rare to come across them, as they are usually locked in, but it's possible to meet them in a hallway, so: only people without allergies and without irrational fears. Preferably people who actually like animals.
