This ideally located house is in walking distance to all Franschhoek attractions, while being at the edge of town with jaw dropping mountain views. This family home is modestly furnished and thus pet and toddler friendly, with nothing too fancy to fuss about. It has a fenced swimming pool, jungle gym, large lawn and a “dirty play” area. A private flatlet, is available for a party of 10+ (or at an additional fee), for the grandparents, or a private couple, perfect for multiple family holiday.

My place is close to parks, art and culture, great views, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the location, the farm atmosphere, the people, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Cabernet is one of six unique cottages set in scenic surroundings. A solar system is in place to counter load shedding and you will not be left in the dark.

This stunning house is located in the heart of Franschhoek, perfect to explore the village and the surrounding area. It's a stones throw from some of the best restaurants and local attractions. The home is furnished to a very high specification and comes with a fully equipped Kitchen, Braai area, private swimming pool, Fibre Internet, TV (Netflix & Amazon), air-conditioning in every room and UPS power. Come and stay in our peaceful studio cottage high up on Helderberg Mountain surrounded by trees and hear the owls hooting as you fall asleep! Beautiful new cottage, with it's own deck and garden and stylishly furnished to meet your every need. And now with solar installed (April 2023) we have NO LOAD-SHEDDING! We've replaced the oven and hob with a fully gas stove so all appliances can be used during load shedding!

When we first opened our spot we were truly over the hills and far away... now the village has grown around us a bit, but the place can still feel pretty secluded. The architect-designed house mixes inside/outside space with plenty of room for family.. Explore wetland, river and the Langeberg mountains. With plenty of comforts this spot is paradise for children, dogs and a retreat for adults.
