Our quiet family hunting lodge is situated on 29 picturesque acres of beautiful, rural, upstate NY farmland. The cabin is uniquely built with high ceilings and is filled with antique farm equipment & taxidermy animals. We have a pond full of fish, nature trails, wildlife, gardens and the sunsets, rises and stars are incomparable. Hot tub, volleyball court, pool table, darts, board games and MORE for you to enjoy. Ask about adding on one of our A-Frame Tiny Cabins for additional guest lodging.

We follow COVID-19 cleaning protocols. 3 miles South of the Aurora Inn & 2 miles from Long Point Park Boat Launch. Close to wineries, trails & all that Aurora has to offer. Ample private off-street parking, boats & trailers welcome. KnollTop is perfect for boaters, motorcyclists, car enthusiasts & travelers of all kind. Wheelchair/walker friendly. Please note, there are bee hives on site.

Close access to waterfalls, hikes, cideries, wineries, breweries, restaurants and more. We raise sheep on pasture and grow shiitake mushrooms in the woods. We have fruit trees and a small garden. The house is very spacious, with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space to hang out, cook, and play games.

Main floor has sliding glass doors that open to an enormous covered balcony that runs the full length of the house and directly overlooks the lake with a dock . House is equipped with multiple TVs and internet connection, located right in the heart of wine country and finger lakes wine trails.

Come and stay in our completely renovated modern farmhouse. This awesome house contains all modern conveniences, including central AC, heat, and high speed WiFi. All in a 70 acre vineyard, that includes a state of the art tasting room and restaurant. Our nightly price covers up to 12 guests. Kids are always welcome. Just let us know who you're bringing so we can accommodate (need the high chair, pack n' play, etc. Let us know!).

ATTENTION: The last 1/2 mile down is a steep gravel road. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended. (but not necessary)
