Very spacious 3 bed 2 bath house next to our old vicarage. House is well equipped and comfortable with a private garden. Well connected with Luton Airport and train station 5 miles-London 25 mins. M1 J9 2 miles. Semi rural. Easy walk into Markyate village with eateries, shop, PO and pub. Short drive to St Albans, Harpenden, Ashridge, Whipsnade and Dunstable Downs. EV charger (extra). Parking 2 cars. Tennis court by arrangement and we are happy to introduce you to our alpacas. Sadly no pets.

The barn is luxurious yet homely with cosy underfloor heating downstairs. Close by are two lovely pubs with fab food. You can also find a little post office within 5 mins walk.
