Open ceiling-height sliding glass doors and sit at a cafe table while surveying stunning views of the Sydney skyline. Also enjoy the views from the balcony of this warm apartment. After a day of sightseeing, recline in a leather sofa in a calm living area with a large TV to watch your favorite show on Foxtel or Netflix. Note: On request a roll away bed is provided for the 5th person. Watch the fireworks directly from the balcony overlooking the breathtaking uninterrupted views of the picturesque Darling Harbour. Located at 50 Murray Street Pyrmont NSW 2009/One Darling Harbour Building, next to the Ibis and Novotel Hotel. Welcome packs of essentials including Sydney map, toiletries, coffee, tea, etc, will be waiting for you to help you get settled. There are 24 hours convenient stores across the road if you need a top up and Coles supermarket just around the corner, 5 minute walk on Pyrmont Bridge Road. One Darling Harbour is accessible by your own vehicle with one complimentary secured car parking, (NO unexpected hidden costs or charges for parking) Also accessible by ferry or light rail. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen for self catering. Two bedrooms, the master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, flat screen TV with harbour views and air conditioning. Second bedroom features 2 single beds which can be zipped together if another king bed is required, flat screen TV, direct access to balcony and direct access to main bathroom which features bath/shower and integrated laundry for your use and air conditioning. Living area features leather lounge, large flat screen TV/DVD with Foxtel and Netflix, CD stereo, desk, 4/6 seat dining table and wireless internet. Apartment is fully air conditioned. Accessibility friendly for people with limited mobility with lifts within the building and undercover paths from building directly to Darling Harbour and shopping centre from level 1. We can provide a cot and high chair on request. Fireworks are on most Saturdays in Summer and on some Saturday nights during the rest of the year pending weather or event on the harbour. Walk a few minutes to get to landmarks like the Herbert Street Clifftop Walk or the Sydney Heritage Fleet. Taxi stand is right outside the building. Ferry, Bus and Light Rail just across the road. --> Ferry takes you directly to Opera House, Harbour Bridge and The Rocks. -->Bus takes you directly to Bondi Beach. --> Light Rail takes you directly to Paddy's Markets or a 15 minute walk. It is 5 mins walk to ICC Sydney and it is 10 mins walk from the Sydney CBD which makes it perfect place to stay with all the convenience but also away from the city noise.

Only available very occasionally with calendar reflecting this. One of only a few absolute waterfront properties with a private netted harbour pool. Watch the sun come up or see the weather roll in from your waterfront balcony. The apartment doesn’t have ducted aircon - but being on the water most of the time there’s a cool sea breeze, and the master does have portable AC. Note, the apartment is a large 100m2 two bed, but offered only for two guests with one large wardrobe.
