Outside, a new all-seasons porch and new deck add luxury relaxation to the century old cabin.

Our cottage is nestled on the eastern edge of the Shawnee National Forest, where beautiful natural landscapes intertwine with farms and fun. It is the perfect getaway for 1-2 couples or a small family who want to relax or go hiking in the eastern Shawnee forest area. Cave-in-Rock State Park is about 4 miles away. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the back patio or as you enjoy the sunrise over the farm from the dining room. Dog friendly for a small fee ($25 per stay, up to two dogs).

Our small town friendliness and hospitality greets you around every corner as you relax on a quiet street within short walking distance of a waterside restaurant, local bars, and historic sites. We allow pets for a one time fee of 50.00 per stay whether you're with us for a day or a week or longer.
