Only 15 min from Ioannina and 25 min from Zagoroxoria, Drakolimni and Vikos Gorge is located in a private mountainous area! This majestic stone house ,built in 1903, and lovingly restored in 2021 to its original glory with a few modern twists. The home boasts over 12 large windows , filling the space with natural light and allowing views of the pine and spruce filled mountains .Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home sleeps up to 7 and can also be rented with the guest suite below to allow a total of 11 guests. The guest suite below is self contained ( Epirus historic home guest suite )

Πολύ κοντά σε καφετέρια φούρνο ψησταριά μίνι μαρκετ .Ιδανικό για κυνηγούς, φίλους των σπορ στο ποτάμι, αλλά και για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές, καθώς η θάλασσα απέχει μόλις 20 χλμ. από την κατοικία.

The Grand View Villa is a newly refurbished, but classic, Greek home. From the exposed beams to the classic kitchen, the decor and to the fire place, the home brings a warm, old world feel to a perfect intersection with today's comforts and luxuries. The Master Bedroom hosts it's own private bathroom, where the Guest Room provides two beds for our variety of guests. Two open air balconies side the house, and the living room presents you with a fireplace that can be used at any time.

You can enjoy the view of Meteora and Profitis Ilias from its balconies. The apartment features free WI-FI. There is free parking space in the surrounding streets.

Notes: 1.This is a place very close to the city but still in the country side, therefore you will enjoy your stay best if you have a car. 2.Internet connection is limited so it could be that previous guests have used all data provided by us.
