In a distance of 50 steps there are mini markets, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, gym, bus station, taxis, beach bars, diving center, the sea ofcourse and in the same time is situated in a quiet location. The house is well equipped, it has a kitchen with all the necessary cooking accessories, toast and coffe maker, hair dryer, iron and a make up station.

The house is close enough to have easy access to taverns, golden sandy beach, kiosk, sport courts and children playground, and far enough to be completely and utterly private. You can watch busy summer life from a close distance or turn to the other edge of the house, away from any gaze.

Tuttis Beach Studio is a place to listen to the waves, to go for a swim as often as you like and where you can work away from home in the extra room....The beach is only a few steps down from the cute balcony. The studio has a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. The extra room can be a good working space, a small living room or a place to have suitcases or climbing gear.
