Hosted by the children & wife of a retired Forest Officer, this homestay is an extension of our family home. It is located just 3 mins drive away from Kisama Hornbill Heritage Village and 9 kms away from Kohima Town. We hope to provide a warm & memorable experience for you. Come & enjoy the fresh mountain air and our Naga hospitality.

We have two adjoining rooms with an attached dining area and a nice big terrace. You'll get a gorgeous view of the Dzouku valley and Japfü peak, Nagaland's second highest peak. On Sundays the hills come alive with music from churches across Kohima. It's a real treat for tourists. (so they tell me) it's a short steep downhill walk to my place but it's totally worth it! if you have trouble walking please let us know and we'll arrange a car.

Also easily accessible to other trekking destinations like Dzukou Valley, Japfu Peak, Mt. Shiirho, Lemvii hill. Our home is a good place to release your stress. You will enjoy the view of a beautifully spread mountains and cool mountain breeze.
