IN PASEO DEL PRADO AREA, UNESCO´S WORLD HERITAGE SITE- Escape to this meticulously curated lifestyle apartment for peace and tranquility. The studio space boasts an open-plan living area, rich red and yellow tones, soaring ceilings, and a walkout to the secluded outdoor lounge. RECOMMENDED FOR COUPLES OR COUPLES WITH CHILDREN. NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

After being traveling around the world during 2 years, we loved airbnb so much that we wanted to share our space with people who´d like to visit Madrid. The loft is located in a quiet residential area. The venue is surrounded by parks, restaurants and only 3 minutes drive from "El Corte Inglés" Sanchinarro Renovated new style loft perfect for a couple or up to 4 people. UNLIMITED WIFI, smart TV, POOL, Pádel court and FREE secure parking! Pool availability 2022: 15th June untill 5th september.

Loft independiente,moderno y muy acogedor, cuenta con una cómoda cama doble de 140x200cm, y sofá-cama de 120x190cm. Con ventanales con persianas automáticas y muy luminoso. Tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para pasar una estancia agradable, cocina completa, con horno, microondas, cafetera, baño con ducha, zona de estar con cómodo sofá, wifi, aire acondicionado y calefacción. A sólo una calle del metro de Puente de Vallecas y de un supermercado 24h. A sólo 10 min de metro de la Puerta del Sol.
