Have breakfast in a rainbow-striped banquette in a bright blue kitchen. A fearless use of color is found throughout this remodeled period home, in its accent walls, soft furnishings, and artwork. Enjoy a BBQ grill on the back deck. This home has a guest house behind it with separate parking and private entrance. Please know that this unit may be rented during your stay, if that is the case I will let you know. The sports court in the backyard is a shared space, but both the main and guest house have their own private sun decks and bbq. This spacious 7 room house sleeps 8 in 4 private bed rooms. It has a large kitchen, multiple living areas, a private yard, porches and has off street parking for 3 cars. The space is vibrant and reflects the east Austin vibe. 100% of linens are freshly laundered including duvet covers, blankets, sheets and towels. You have access to the entire home, porches & outdoor living area with BBQ grill and large screen porch. The backyard living area is shared with the guest house. The guest house studio apt can also be rented and sleeps 2 additional in one king bed, full bath, living room and full kitchen. You will personally be welcomed by either myself or one of my concierges, who will provide a quick tour, safety review and answer any questions. We are on call throughout your visit, should you need anything, just call. I have an 100% response time in less than 30 minutes, should you need anything, just ask! The house is in the hip and artsy residential neighborhood of East Austin. Many of Austin's best new restaurants and chefs are in this area. Walk to UT football games from the house. Juice bars, bars, restaurants, and music venues are close by. We have 3 major bus routes within 2 blocks of the house. You can easily bike to UT and the downtown area, buses have bike racks on the front of them, so if you get lazy, bike downtown and bus it home! we are 15-20 minutes from the airport. The is ample parking should you prefer to rent a car, but you don't need one with the walk/bike/bus/Uber options available! You are right in the city, yet in a residential neighborhood. This is a residential community, where we know and like our neighbors. Per Austin code, loud music and large gatherings are not appropriate for this area. Please be considerate of noise when entering or exiting the home, especially between the hours of 11 PM and 7 AM.

Super location 2 blocks off South Congress Ave. Short walk to lots of shops, eateries and music. Split bedroom arrangement with 2 baths is perfect for two couples. When the weather's nice, sit outside in the private backyard patio with gas grill. This is a high pedestrian area, keeping it safe and quiet despite being so close to all attractions on South Congress and South First. You won't need a car to get around but we do provide parking passes. if needed. No smoking. No pets. No parties.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Near Domain and Apple Campus, this large home with 9 beds is a 1926 sqft retreat just 19 min from downtown Austin.
