宽敞的休闲Loft，带喷射式浴缸

A typically newyorkan style semi-loft space, the property is located in one of the very best areas in Barcelona - at walking distance from the city centre, the city’s main avenue Paseo de Gracia and Gaudi’s famous buildings. Enchanting and welcoming, the loft is divided in two main areas - a wide sitting/dining room with integrated kitchen on one hand and open space bedroom and bathroom on the other. By the way, you don't want to forget to take a nice relaxing long bath! You know why? The bathroom will surprise you with a fabulous Jacuzzi! Thick brick walls, high ceilings with fully restored rustic Catalan wooden elements add onto the property that special note of history and character that makes it unique. The deco is vintage while it benefits of great interior natural light thanks to the exterior balconies on two sides - overlooking Aribau Street. The furniture varies from vintage items to unique pieces I found in antiques markets and I then personally restored, to a few modern units - all in all giving the place a personal charm! The flat sleeps up to 4 people thanks to its very comfortable sofa bed. Nevertheless, don't forget that the space is limited and a good degree of friendship is required to share a reduced space! The flat is fully equipped and you will need to bring but your suitcase to come and enjoy your stay in Barcelona! It has all been sorted for you: bathroom towels, bedding, air/con, central heating, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer, etc, are included! On top of that you will find available some of the basic kitchen ingredients like milk, bread, sugar, salt, olive oil...and....surprise!...a bottle of local wine ...to get you nicely relaxed on your holiday! I am a mum of two - so should you need any baby equipment - no need to travel it over - I could help with that! Before arrival I will send you an email with my best recommendations on the local cultural and gastronomical offer. I will be happy to help you through any doubts or questions you may have about your stay - so to make sure that you truly and utterly can concentrate on just enjoying your visit! A last important note! Aribau Street is well known for its restaurants, bars and liveliness! At times it can be noisy. But no worries! The flat is fully sound proof! It is a neighborhood with a lot of life, bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.

Impresionante piso "principal" de lo que fue en su día una finca Regia. Totalmente reformado con todo el encanto y las comodidades de un apartamento moderno sin perder su esencia y su historia. Situado en el pleno corazón del casco antiguo,entre la Rambla y el Ayuntamiento.Se puede acceder a pie a los lugares más emblemáticos de Girona como la Plaza del Vi, la Catedral, Barrio judio,La muralla, preciosos jardínes, etc pero a la vez situado en una pequeña calle llena de historia y tradición.

Disfruta del Loft de Anna y Ferran, muy acogedor, tranquilo y bien ubicado. Alojamiento para huéspedes de +25 años. A 10 minutos a pie del centro de Terrassa y de la estación de tren FGC. Muy bien conectado con Barcelona, tanto en coche, como en tren. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable y relajada. Ideal para dos personas. Está pensado para 2 personas y cuenta con 1 cama doble. En caso que sea necesario, también hay un sofá para una tercera persona.

Apartament-loft recent reformat al centre de Catalunya, ben comunicat a 45 minuts Barcelona, 40' de les platges de Sitges i 20' del Santuari de Montserrat. Comunicat per autovia i pels ferrocarrils de FGC. A costat del camp amb boscos i amb possibilitats de visites a llocs interessants com el Castell de La Pobla de Claramunt, Molí Paperer i el Parc Prehistòric de la Vila de Capellades. A 6 km d'Igualada. L'apartament té un llit de matrimoni, un sofà llit, cuina i bany amb dutxa.

The loft is located in the historical fishing village of Premià de Mar, directly connected to Barcelona city center by urban railway and night bus. (27 minutes) . It is just 2 minuts walk from the train station. This 70 m2 air conditioned loft is a open space, heat pump heating systems, and fully equipped, with a double bed and a sofa bed. It is only 3 minutes walk from the nearest beach. If you need us to pick up you in the airport, we can help you with that at any time.

Aquest lluminós Loft, ha estat recentment reformat, conservant l'essència de l'edifici del S. XVIII respetant el máxim la seva personalitat i compta amb totes les comoditats actuals. Ha estat decorat amb detalls únics de diferents estils, perquè cada racó sigui bell , creant un espai hármonic i rómantic.. Situat el centre històric de la ciutat, en un carrer tranquil. Disposeu de 2 bicicletes de passeig ( gratuïtes) , per poder descobrir els fantàstics racons de la ciutat.

Loft al centre de Girona, al bell mig de la zona comercial, CAMINANT a 5 min de l’estació de tren i d’autobusos. A 15 min al camp de Futbol del fc Girona i de la Fira de Girona. A només 7 min del barri vell , de l’Ajuntament i a 10 min de la plaça Independència on trobaràs la zona emblemàtica de restaurants i bars i a 2 min del mercat diari de la plaça del Lleó i zona comercial.

Sunny spacious loft pet and LGTBI+ friendly located on the thirth floor, with private entry. It is really charm with a big terrace and spacious living room and air conditionned. The sleeping room is very luminous, with direct sunlight to the bed. The bed is big sized (160×200). Free 500mb internet. Our guests pets are also welcomed.
