This luxurious beachfront villa offers privacy and inspiring, spectacular views from your coveted third floor, corner location. Wake up to some of the best sunrises ever as the sun crawls across an incredibly calm Sea of Cortez. This property along with its sister property, Palmas De Cortez Resort, are recognized as 'The Place To Stay' in Los Barriles. We are located in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Los Barriles, Baja California Sur and within walking distance to shops, grocery stores and wonderful restaurants.
Our Villa is approximately 1200 square feet with 2 balconies, 2 full bathrooms, and two main living areas (kitchen that is fully open to living room with queen size sofa pull out couch and master bedroom with king size bed). There is also a queen size automatic blow up air mattress and a small cot for additional sleep options. There is separate air conditioning in each room as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms. An outdoor shower is provided for your return from the beach.
It is perfect for families, friends or couples wishing to have separate sleeping quarters and their own private bathrooms. It is beautifully appointed with granite counter tops, marble floors and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment for the most creative cooks; including a Sub Zero refrigerator, Viking stove top, and Bosch washer and dryer.
The Villa De Cortez complex has a Private Beach front Infinity Edge pool with swim up bar plus separate hot tub and small children's pool. The new restaurant is located between the Villa De Cortez and the Palmas De Cortez resorts. The food is excellent and you'll never beat the view!
