Ludy's Pension House is located at Bancal, Carles, Iloilo. 45.4 mi away from Roxas City Airport and 1-min walk to Bancal Port. Fitted with tiled flooring, air-conditioned and each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The property is a two storey building with 8 rooms. (2 family room, 6 double room). 6 private toilet and bath and 1 common. Free Wifi is featured throughout the area. Ludy's Pension House also caters tours going to Isla Gigantes and it will be arranged at additional cost.

The property is a two storey building with 12 rooms, (2 family rooms, 2 double rooms, 8 double deluxe rooms) 12 private toilet and bath. Free Wifi is featured throughout the area. The house is located 3 km outside Estancia. 10 minute walk to a resort with restaurant and pool. Ground floor have 3 rooms and kitchen, 2nd floor is occupied by the caretaker. 3rd floor have a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a 30 sqm balcony. 5 minute walk to the sea. A terrace on top of the house with seaview, overlooking Sicogon island with nice beaches. Interesting is also Gigantes islands with caves, beaches and a natural swimming-pool.

The place is within the coast line of Gigante Norte Island. The property is fenced. Two rooms are located in the main house, the other three rooms are located in an adjacent area built with the local materials, nipa & amakan, just beside the main house facing the shore line.
