At times I may be working in the garage/art studio. My two bed/two full bath home has plants, abstract art, mcm furniture, and genuine lived-in personality and character. The fenced in yard and covered patio is the highlight. Walk to the best restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in Louisville. I love this home. You will too.

Nestled on 15 acres, this open field is situated creek side. Bordering Jefferson Memorial Forest. Campsite 1 is the most private, sharing minimal line of sight with campsite 2 and 3. Firepits in each site, with one communal portable restroom in campsite 2. Indulge in nature, hear wildlife including deer, turkey, cardinals, eagles and much more. Perfect space for family events, cookouts, vlogging, photography, and outdoor painting. Private, secluded, and all yours.

3/8 mile long tree lined driveway to a secluded two story house on 800 acres. The nearest neighbors are on the other side of the tree lines. Dutch doors open up to Parkay floors with instant views of the mighty Ohio River. Fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi. Netflix, Prime TV, etc on the Apple TV. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for parking. No sirens or traffic noise. This is a very quiet river valley. Please respect the vibe and do come back!
