Welcome, to our cozy cottage! The house is located in the small town of Herrnhut, which is full of history. The area is great for hiking, mountaineering and going to lakes. The house, has a camper belonging to it, which is also available to guest. There is a big garden and a small river tow steps away. The house, camper and garden is all yours. It's the perfect place for recreation. You have the opportunity to fire an oven. The design concentrated on wood. To create a warm and cozy feeling.

Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden Mit viel Liebe wurde der ursprüngliche Zustand des denkmalgeschützten Umgebindehauses von 1825 wieder hergestellt. Das zweigeschossige Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 11 Personen. In der alten Blockstube befindet sich die vollausgestattete Küche und die gemütliche Stube mit Kachelofen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen großen Raum für ca. 30 Personen. Der naturbelassene Garten mit Obstwiese kann zum Grillen und Verweilen genutzt werden. Eine Tischtennisplatte ist vorhanden.

Welcome in our apartment „kleiner Faktor“! Stylish and spacious, fine colours from Farrow&Ball, art and high-quality furnishings, floor heating, a real box-spring bed and an Italian espresso machine. Small terrace in front of the large south-facing window, another one in the back, towels made of Lusatian linen, the crockery is hand-painted Polish pottery. And all of this on 50 square metres, where even a wheelchair can be comfortably manoeuvred.

Entspannen Sie in unserer besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt im ersten Stock unseres Hauses und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir bieten Ihnen ein absolutes ruhiges Eckchen zur Entspannung. Schnell sind Sie auch mal in der nächsten größeren Stadt, welche ca 15 km entfernt ist, oder in der nächst kleineren Stadt ca. 7km entfernt, wo Sie Lebensmittelläden, Drogerie und Sonstiges finden Haustiere herzlich willkommen.

Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrfamilienhauses, ist zentral gelegen und nicht weit vom Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle ist vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung wird ab und zu von mir bewohnt aber meistens bin ich bei meiner Lebensgefährtin, deshalb ist die Wohnung meistens leer und steht ihnen zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine un Münztrockner im Keller können benutzt werden.

Srub - Bílý Potok

Srub Bílý Potok je stylová chalupa, která se nachází v kouzelném prostředí Jizerských hor. Cyklistický ráj - singl trek v Novém Městě pod Smrkem, je vzdálen pouze 13 km. V okolí je mnoho možností k cyklistickým a pěším výletům přímo od chalupy. Ideální místo pro vaši rodinnou dovolenou.
