Nia家庭住宅别墅

Villa Nia is a minute walking distance to the widest part of the beach of paralia Tolofona. Separate apartment of about 70sq.m,suitable for hosting families and hosts who need relax, with separate garden entrance and itself garden corridor to it. Private parking in front of the property , Wifi , a/c and bicycles (upon request) are provided to our guests. The property is in the ground floor of our family two flour villa with mountain view. We accept pets and we can keep them also (upon request).

Ενα ησυχο μερος για χαλαρωση. Πολυ καλη χρηση κλιματιστικων με ψυξη - θερμανση απο -15 εως 45βαθμους.το ποταμάκι έχει 8 μήνες το χρόνο νερο και δίνει μια άλλη εστιση ηρεμίας! Το κατάλυμα υπόκειται σε κρατικό φόρο ( τέλος ανθεκτικότητας) ο οποίος είναι από Απρίλιο μέχρι Οκτώβριο 15 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση .λογο ότι είναι πάνω από 80τμ και τούς χειμερινούς μήνες είναι 4 ευρώ. η καταβολή του μπορεί να γίνει είτε κατά την άφιξη του επισκέπτη με μετρητά η στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό του καταστήματος.

Welcome to our enchanting traditional house in the heart of captivating Galaxidi! Our home offers a breathtaking rooftop view, 3 minutes walk to the bay and 30 minutes drive to Delphi. It's the perfect spot to relax. At the entrance to the house, there is a porch where a large dining table awaits. Inside, you'll find the living room and equipped kitchen. The house spans two floors and features three comfortable bedrooms. It also has three indoor showers plus an additional outdoor shower.

Luxury villa one step from the sea is waiting to welcome you! Very comfortable bedrooms two of which with their own bathroom and amazing view to the sea. Peaceful neighborhood in front of the sea with immediate access to the beach from one side as well as immediate access to the national road that connects Galaxidi, where we are located, to Delphi and the ski center of Parnassus.
