An upstairs apartment with the view of Crystal Lake and year around activities. Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Crystal Mountain, Traverse City, Frankfort, Lake Michigan, Point Betsie and amazing food. The beach has 2 Paddle Boards, 1 kayak, and 1 clear kayak so you can see what is going on in the Crystal Clear lake. All free to use. We live on the Betsie Valley bike trail and have bikes available to use for free. We are 20 minutes feom Crystal Mountain for snowboarders and Skiers. We have snow shoes to borrow for winter beauty on the frozen Crystal lake. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Our only rule is to ENJOY the beauty of Northern Michigan!

The home is private, not directly on lake (<1000 ft directly in front of the home). Shallow water area, able to put in with kayaks/rowboat (no dock, shared area). Close by are other launches such as Victory Park or the Beautiful State Park! Rec. 4WD in winter. NOTE: We do have a ring camera on parking area.

Peaceful and open setting with a fantastic view.

A great place for the whole family at this completely remodeled cottage. Sleeps up to 8 with a nice bunk bedroom that includes ping pong and other games. The nice sized deck with grill, table and seating area is perfect for the family who loves the outdoors. You will have your own small boat/kayak launch on a quiet channel that goes directly out to four beautiful, inter-connected lakes. There is also a wood fired hot tub for the more adventurous types.

We are perfectly situated just 3 miles to the State Park and just 5 miles to town. Each unit has a window air-conditioner.
