Notre atelier d’artiste, un loft de 50m2 se trouve au 2e étage d’un immeuble des années 30, niché au fond d’un hameau secret ,très calme et arboré typiquement parisien. Avec ses grande fenêtres traditionnelles à petits carreaux, il bénéficie de plafonds exceptionnellement hauts de plus de 4,50 m. Vous pourrez flâner rue de Passy, et trouver tous les commerces de bouches, bistrots, restaurants, magasins, supermarchés et boutiques de luxe. Confort, espace et élégance. Couples ou petite famille

Private Loft Parc des Expositions Georges Brassens

NOTE : Due to Covid-19, to provide a safe stay in our independant studio in an a newly built house located in a safe and vernacular district of Paris close to Georges Brassens park coffees, a cleaning process have been upgraded with hydroalcolic gel and masks provided for each guest and a careful cleaning of all hangings of kitchen & bathroom stuff. Only the access to the roof top is shared with us .. but you can enjoy it alone for a private drink with Eiffel Tower view upon request !

Véritable atelier d'artiste, habité par le peintre Georges Braque en 1911, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

"Le Loft Batignolles" is a beautiful 1-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the living room, located 5 minutes from La Fourche, Place de Clichy and Pont Cardinet metro stations. It's superbly equipped and tastefully decorated to make you feel at home and make your stay as pleasant as possible.
